Transmission Maintenance, the Key to Smooth Shifting

The transmission is responsible for transmitting engine power and controlling vehicle shifting. Its maintenance quality directly affects the shifting smoothness and service life of the vehicle. There are two maintenance methods: manual transmission and automatic transmission. The manual transmission mainly focuses on the transmission oil. It is recommended to replace it every 3 years or 60,000 kilometers. When replacing, choose the transmission oil that meets the vehicle requirements to ensure the lubrication effect.
The automatic transmission has a complex structure and higher requirements for transmission oil. It is recommended to replace it every 4 years or 80,000 kilometers. Some models can be extended to 100,000 kilometers, which is subject to the vehicle manual. When replacing the automatic transmission oil, it is recommended to use a circulation machine for replacement, which can drain the old oil more thoroughly and replace it more cleanly.
During daily driving, avoid frequent shifting, sudden acceleration and braking. For manual transmission vehicles, step on the clutch to the bottom when shifting, avoid half-clutch state, and reduce transmission wear. If you find difficult shifting, jitter, abnormal noise, etc., you need to check the transmission in time to eliminate faults.
