Daily Driving Details to Extend Vehicle Service Life

Car maintenance not only requires regular professional inspection but also small details in daily driving can effectively extend the vehicle’s service life and reduce maintenance costs. First, after starting the vehicle, do not drive at high speed immediately. It is recommended to idle for 30-60 seconds to allow the engine oil to fully lubricate all parts of the engine and avoid cold start wear.
When parking, try to choose a flat, cool and ventilated place, avoid long-term exposure to the sun, rain or parking in low-lying waterlogged areas, to prevent aging of the car body paint and rust of the chassis. Before getting off the car, be sure to check whether the vehicle doors, windows and lights are closed to avoid battery power loss and item loss.
Regularly clean the car body and chassis. If the dust and stains on the car body surface are not cleaned for a long time, they will corrode the paint surface; the chassis is easy to be contaminated with sand and salt, so it needs to be cleaned regularly. If necessary, do chassis armor to prevent rust. In addition, avoid long-term heavy-load driving. Heavy load will increase the burden on the engine, transmission and tires, and accelerate the wear of parts.
